Hawaii Legal Blog

I help companies navigate their way through risk and litigation by thorough work-up of my cases, contemplative analysis, even-handed weighing of all options, straight-forward dealing with opposing counsel, taking aggressive action at the right time, and an adherence to professionalism and a sense of fairness born of Hawaii values and custom.

I studied law at Hofstra and in Hawaii (“Richardson’s”), was on law review and helped win Hawaii Innocence Project’s first exoneration. My first case in solo practice went up to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and won. Outside of work, I surf, serve on the board of the public library, and help non profits for reading and film.
